Terms and Conditions for Yoga Retreat Events

1. Registration and Payment

   • Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

   • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the retreat will receive a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee.

   • Cancellations within 7 days of the retreat are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future retreat or another participant.

3. Sibling Discount

   • A 10% discount applies to each additional sibling attending the retreat (only if booked on Culture Of Wellness website).

4. Participation Options

   • Full-day retreats (6.5 hours): 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

   • Half-day retreats (3 hours): Morning (9:30 AM to 12:30 PM) or Afternoon (1:00 PM to 4:00 PM).

5. Parental Responsibilities

   • Parents must ensure children arrive on time and are collected promptly at the end of their session.

   • Lunch, snacks, water bottles, and any comfort items (e.g., yoga mats, blankets) must be packed by parents.

6. Health and Safety

   • Parents must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs at least 48 hours before the retreat.

   • We will take reasonable steps to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

7. Code of Conduct

   • Children are expected to engage positively and respectfully during the retreat.

   • Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in a child being asked to leave the retreat. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Liability

   • While every effort is made to ensure the safety of all participants, "Culture of Wellness" is not liable for accidents or injuries that may occur during the retreat.

9. Changes to the Program

   • "Culture of Wellness" reserves the right to make minor changes to the retreat schedule or activities if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
